Refund Policy:
Once registration is complete no refunds or sessions changes/swaps can be made. Only medical emergency situations will be considered for a refund less a $15 processing fee. Any withdrawal from an enrolled class will be treated as a cancellation and is not refundable. Refunds, account credits, session changes, or make up lessons will not be given for absence due to illness or other conflicts.

No Make-up Policy:
We do not offer any make-ups for a student's lesson absence. If a lesson is cancelled due to weather or pool issue every effort will be made to offer a class the week following the end of the session.
