Cyclone Swim School Registration Information:
Class fees
•Private lesson session (4 lessons): $145.00.
•New participant Program Initiation Fee is $25.00. This fee is a one-time charge for each new participant and includes a complimentary T-Shirt and a program Award Certificate that has room to apply award stickers for each of our 10 levels.
•An Online Registration Processing (per checkout) fee of $4.00 will be assessed (no matter how many family members you register at one time).
•Electronic Credit / Debit card payments are the only form of payment accepted using either Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

New participant placement guidelines:
•Swimmer must be 4 years old by the first day of their lesson
•New swimmers will quickly be tested on their first day. Please pick a placement level you believe best describes your swimmer ability to assist us in your child’s initial lesson placement. If you are unsure of the ability level, it is best to choose a lower level.
•Level A. Non Swimmer
•Level B. Ability to place head underwater
•Level C. Front float, back float, and kicking
•Level D. Front crawl with breathing
•Level E. Advanced competitive skill beyond D
Returning Customer Information:
•Returning customers will get a 24-hour priority enrollment before enrollment opens for new customers.
•Returning customers are permitted to register only immediate family members and/or new family members enrolling for the first time.
•Your family ID number is required to login for returning customer registration.

•Graduate Levels 11-13: For our Cyclone Swim School level 10 graduates we offer our “medal series” of lessons. To qualify for this level, a child must have completed our level 10. The “medal series” of levels 11 through 13 offer advanced competitive skill refinement in three additional levels that are more pre-competitive in nature. Our reward system for new level attainment is a bronze medal for level 11, silver for level 12, and gold for level 13. Each participant in a graduate level class will receive a participation medal. Graduates may test/advance only one level per session.
About the Registration Process:
•Registration is available online only.
•Our online registration system is operated by Winning Solutions Inc. of Ames, IA. They utilize Authorize.net, the world leader in secure internet merchant transactions for all transactions.
•You will have 30 minutes to complete your registration before the session times out. If a session times out, the “seats” or spots in the class you have chosen are forfeited and return to the system’s “seats available” pool.
•This system is conveniently set up for multiple family member registration----you may register all of your children in a single transaction.
•Please make sure you are on the Sign Up now page (not the Availability page) when registering your swimmer.
•A Swimmer must be selected at the top of the page before adding a class to your cart.
Parking:
•There is ample free parking at the Ames High School Pool.
Required Release Form:
•Ames Cyclone Aquatics Club requires that all Cyclone Swim School participants have a release and medical authorization form signed prior to any enrollee’s participation. During the online registration process, you will be required to provide your electronic signature on this form.
Refund Policy:
•Due to our limited enrollment, only medical emergency situations will be considered for a refund less a $15 processing fee. Any withdrawal from an enrolled session will be treated as a cancellation and is not refundable. Refunds or session changes will not be given for absence due to illness or personal connflicts.
No Make-up Policy
•We do not offer any make-ups for a student's lesson absence.
